01 General Terms

Betoka is an online gaming and Sports Betting platform. These Terms & Conditions form a legal agreement between betoka and its users. You are required to read and understand all terms fully before using any betoka service.

02 Account Register

To create an account on betoka, you must provide accurate and complete information. betoka reserves the right to close any account registered with false details.

• Each individual may only hold one account on betoka.
• The name, address, and identification details provided at registration must be accurate and truthful.
• You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential.
• Creating an account under someone else's name or identity is strictly prohibited.
• Individuals under the age of 18 are strictly prohibited from creating an account on betoka.
• Once registration is complete, betoka will send a confirmation message.

If you suspect that someone is accessing your account without authorization, notify betoka's support team immediately. betoka will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access that was not reported promptly.

03 Deposit Policy

Deposits on betoka can be made via mobile banking, bank transfer, or e-wallet. Please read the terms below carefully before making a deposit.

• The minimum deposit amount on betoka is BDT 200.
• Deposits are usually credited instantly, though bank transfers may take 1-2 business days.
• Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used.
• Deposits made using a third party's payment method may be reversed and the account may be temporarily suspended.
• Betoka does not charge extra fees on any payment method, though your bank or mobile banking provider may apply their own charges.
• If you experience any issues with a deposit, please contact our support team with proof of the transaction.

04 Bonuses & Promotions

Betoka offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus has its own terms, and you should read them carefully before opting in.

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and can only be claimed once.
• Before withdrawing any bonus, the specified wagering requirements (bet multiplier) must be fulfilled.
• Wagering requirements may also apply to winnings earned using bonus money.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously unless betoka explicitly permits it.
• Betoka reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Bonuses have an expiry period — any unused bonus money will be forfeited once the deadline passes.
• Attempting to collect bonuses through fraudulent means may result in permanent account termination.

05 Betting Rules

The following rules must be strictly followed when placing bets on betoka. Failure to comply may result in bet cancellation or account suspension.

• The minimum bet amount on betoka is BDT 50.
• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled (except where the cash-out feature applies).
• Match fixing or betting based on insider information is strictly prohibited.
• Using a VPN or proxy to bet on betoka is strictly prohibited.
• The use of automated betting software or bots on betoka is strictly prohibited.
• For bets placed during odds changes in live betting, betoka reserves the right to apply the last valid odds.
• Betoka reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error.

Betoka closely monitors all betting activity. If unusual betting patterns or suspicious behavior are detected, accounts and payments may be temporarily suspended pending investigation.

06 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawing funds from betoka requires following a set process. Knowing the steps in advance helps you avoid any delays or issues.

• The minimum withdrawal amount on betoka is BDT 500.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Large withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification is complete.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 24 to 72 business hours.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be met first.
• If you need an urgent withdrawal, please notify the support team in advance.

07 KYC Verification Process
